Who we are

Last Call Bar Services is a mobile bartending business serving Windsor-Essex, Ontario. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Last Call Bar Services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lastcall519.ca, why, and what your choices are. We follow Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us in the enquiry form on this website:

• your name and email address
• your phone number (optional)
• your event date and the kind of event you are planning (optional)
• anything you write in the message box (optional)

If you email or call us directly, we keep what you send us in the same way.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, check availability for your date, and, if you book with us, to plan and deliver your event. We will not sell your information. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else handles it

To run this website we rely on a few service providers. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the technical data needed to deliver it (such as your IP address).
• Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us.
• Google Fonts supplies this website’s typefaces, so your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

Some of these providers process information outside Canada, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. It stores one small flag in your browser’s session storage so that the short intro animation only plays once per visit. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and to run your booking, and as long as the law requires us to keep booking and payment records. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Keeping it safe

The enquiry form sends your information over an encrypted connection, and we limit who can see it to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging events. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
